SHIPPING

Orders are typically delivered within 3 business days in Italy and 7 business days for international destinations.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed at checkout.

 

CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and any applicable clearance fees are not included in the purchase price.

These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are collected directly by the courier before delivery.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@vitovi.it. Our team will provide the necessary instructions.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

 

SIZE EXCHANGES

The first size exchange is complimentary, subject to availability.

Any additional size exchange is subject to a €10 fee.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, VItoVI will issue a refund to the original payment method, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

 

RETURN COSTS

For returns requested for a refund, a €10 return shipping fee applies where VItoVI's standard return service is available.

Return costs for international destinations may vary and will be communicated by our Customer Care team before the return is arranged.
