SHIPPING AND COSTS
Deliveries are validly made only within EU countries.
Shipping costs for deliveries to Italy will always be borne by VIME Srl.
For shipments to other EU countries outside of Italy, in the case of purchases with a value lower than €500.00, the costs are charged to the customer in the amount of €10.00. For purchases equal to or greater than €500.00, shipping costs will be charged to VIME Srl
You can exchange or return any item ordered within 14 days of the product being delivered.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Contact our customer service by sending an email to customercare@vitovi.it and you will receive all the instructions on how to return the products.
The item to be returned must be accompanied by the DDT (Transport Document), already present in the shipping box and must be affixed to the package before being handed over to the courier for collection.
REIMBURSEMENT
Once VItoVI has received and verified the good condition of the returned item, it will proceed to refund the customer using the same payment method used.
COSTS
The cost of return shipping is charged to the customer (10€) and will be retained at the time of refund; returns for size replacement are free up to the second change and occur through the same procedure.
